Terms and Conditions

Last updated: January 17, 2026

Welcome to WPRoastery. By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into a project with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth working relationship for both parties.

1. Scope of Services

WPRoastery provides:
• WordPress website development
• WordPress system setup
• Website maintenance (monthly or yearly)
• Website updates and support based on selected plans

All services are delivered according to the agreed scope discussed prior to project start.

2. Development Approach

WPRoastery builds websites using:
• Professionally developed Elementor template kits as a foundation
• Reliable and well-tested WordPress plugins
• No custom-coded themes or plugins

This approach ensures that websites remain:
• Easy to manage
• Safe to update
• Usable by non-technical users
• Maintainable long-term

Custom coding is intentionally avoided to reduce complexity and future maintenance risks.

3. Customization & Ownership

While template kits are used as a starting point:
• All branding elements (colors, images, content, layout preferences) are customized based on client input
• The final website reflects the client’s business identity

Upon full payment:
• The client owns the completed website
• Administrative access is provided
• No vendor lock-in is imposed

Third-party licenses (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:
• Provide accurate content, images, and branding materials
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Review deliverables carefully during feedback stages

Delays in content or feedback may affect project timelines.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed during onboarding.

Additional requests that fall outside the original scope may:
• Require additional fees
• Extend delivery timelines

Scope changes will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.

6. Website Maintenance Plans

Maintenance services are optional and offered on a monthly or yearly basis.

Maintenance plans may include:
• WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates
• Security and performance monitoring
• Content updates (based on plan level)
• Issue troubleshooting

Maintenance plans do not include:
• Major redesigns
• New system development
• Custom feature creation

These require a separate agreement.

7. Third-Party Plugins & Services

WPRoastery relies on trusted third-party plugins and tools to deliver features such as ecommerce, bookings, forms, and marketplaces.

• Plugin functionality is dependent on third-party developers
• Updates or changes from plugin providers may affect features
• Premium plugin renewals may require ongoing license fees

WPRoastery is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party service changes beyond reasonable control.

8. Payments & Fees

• Project fees are agreed upon before work begins
• One-time development projects are typically paid upfront or in milestones
• Maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on:
• Project complexity
• Client responsiveness
• Scope clarity

Timelines are estimates and may shift due to delays in content delivery, revisions, or third-party dependencies.

10. Limitation of Liability

WPRoastery is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue or business interruptions
• Data loss caused by hosting providers or third-party services
• Issues arising from unauthorized changes made by the client or other parties

Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups and hosting-level protections.

11. Support & Communication

Communication is handled through agreed channels (email, forms, or project tools).

Response times may vary depending on:
• Service plan
• Issue urgency
• Business hours

Emergency support is only included if explicitly stated in a maintenance plan.

12. Data Handling Reference

13. Form Submissions

“By submitting forms on this website, users consent to the collection and use of their information for communication and service-related purposes.”

14. Cookies Notice

“This website may use cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience. Continued use of the site implies consent to such usage.”

15. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Upon termination:
• All completed work remains the property of the client
• Outstanding balances must be settled
• Maintenance access may be revoked after termination
